My stay was only for one night but I have stayed here before in the past.
I requested, a specific room and that request was filled. The front desk staff was very personable and helpful. The rooms and the lobby are very well appointed and comfortable.

The hotel of choice in Spokane. Exceptional and reasonably priced property, with very-very nice personnel. Tidy and cheap rooms on a fireplace fueled by gas available. Sensational breakfast with so many options and wonderful location. 25 km to the airport.
